Lorcan Community centre, Lorcan Ave, Santry, Dublin. The format of these meetings follows the usual lines: a demonstration of turning by various people, a break for tea and an opportunity to meet socially, a competition usually based on a previous demonstration subject, an inexpensive raffle, and occasionally a complete break from turning to cover subjects allied to turning such as carving or bandsawing,etc.
